Our saffron is cultivated in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues, under a unique micro-climate between the sea and the hills. Each flower is harvested and trimmed by hand to ensure exceptional quality.

Yes, our saffron is completely natural, without additives, without coloring, and without chemical treatment. It is dried at low temperatures to preserve its aromas and properties.

Generally, just a few threads (or a pinch of ground saffron) are enough. For optimal results, let the saffron steep for 1 to 24 hours in a warm liquid (milk, water, broth) before adding it to your preparation.

• For 4 people: 0.1 to 0.2 g of saffron
• For a dish of rice, paella, tagine or dessert: about 5 to 15 stigmas

Saffron can be stored for more than 3 years in its airtight container, away from light and moisture. Its flavor even intensifies slightly in the first few months.

We offer saffron in threads, the most noble and pure format.

Each batch is:

  • hand-sorted,

  • dried in a controlled manner,

  • immediately packaged,

  • and can be analyzed in a laboratory (upon request) according to ISO 3632 standards.

Yes, we ship to Europe and internationally. Some countries apply customs control which may result in a slight additional delay.

In France: 48 to 72 hours.
Europe: 3 to 7 days depending on the country.
International: 5 to 12 days.

Our products are packaged in secure containers (glass or aluminum), protected in sturdy packaging to avoid shocks and moisture.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return unopened and unused products to us. Contact us for return instructions.
