📦 Preparing your order

As soon as we receive your order and payment, we prepare your package with the utmost care.
Our artisanal products are checked and delicately packaged to ensure their safety during transport.


🚛 Available shipping methods

We offer the following options:

📮 Standard delivery (Colissimo / La Poste)

Shipping typically within 48 working hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery in tracked packages or tracked letters depending on the weight of the order.

Estimated delivery times:

Metropolitan France: ~ 2 – 5 days

Europe: ~ 5 – 10 days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart before payment.


💰 Delivery fees

The fees are clearly displayed before finalizing the order.


📦 Tracking and receipt

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

👉 Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package. In case of any irregularities (opened package, damaged product), report it immediately to the carrier and contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

We hope you enjoy our products, but if you wish to make a return, here are the conditions:

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

📦 Return conditions

For your return to be accepted:

The products must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The return costs are your responsibility, unless there was an error on our part or a defective product.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, we will proceed to the refund of the product price via the same payment method used during purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days.
