In our family-run farm, we pay as much attention to the cultivation of saffron as to that of our aromatic herbs. Each plant is cultivated, harvested, and processed by hand, following a rigorous know-how that prioritizes quality over quantity. Our saffron flowers are hand-trimmed as soon as they are harvested, while our herbs are slowly dried to preserve their full aromatic potency. This patient work allows us to offer authentic, natural, and fragrant products that are true to the agricultural traditions of the South. Here, each harvest is unique and reflects our commitment to local, clean, and nature-respecting production.
