General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationships between L’Or Provençal and any adult individual making a purchase via the website.

Article 1 – Company Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationships between:

And any adult individual making a purchase via the L’Or Provençal website, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
Article 2 – Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of dry food products, notably:
- Saffron in stigmas
- Herbs
- Agricultural products from the artisanal production of L’Or Provençal
The products are produced, packaged, and sold by L’Or Provençal.
Article 3 – Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed on the L’Or Provençal website.
Any order implies the full and unconditional acceptance by the Client of these GTC.
The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 4 – Products
The products offered are dry food products from artisanal production.
Each product is subject to a description as precise as possible.
The Client expressly acknowledges that the products sold are natural products, which may present variations in color, appearance, size, or aromatic intensity according to the harvests.
These variations do not constitute a defect or non-conformity in any way.
The photographs are non-contractual.
Article 5 – Prices
The prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable.
Delivery charges are indicated before the final validation of the order.
L’Or Provençal reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated.
Article 6 – Order
The Client places an order according to the process in effect on the site.
The order becomes firm and definitive after:
- Validation of the cart
- Express acceptance of these GTC
- Full payment of the price
A confirmation email is sent to the Client.
L’Or Provençal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the site at the time of purchase.
Transactions are secure.
No shipment will be made without actual receipt of payment.
Article 8 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Client at the time of the order.
The complete delivery terms (shipping methods, indicative timeframes, costs, tracking, receipt) are detailed on the "Delivery & Shipping" page of the site.
This page is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
L’Or Provençal cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of the order.
Article 9 – Transfer of Risks
The transfer of risks occurs as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
It is the Client's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product) must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours following delivery.
After this period, no claims will be considered.
Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs that may be altered or unsealed.
Consequently:
- Any opened, unsealed, or handled food product cannot be returned
- No refund can be demanded under these conditions
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days, after prior written agreement from L’Or Provençal.
Article 11 – Returns
Any return must be preceded by a prior request via email.
Products returned without prior agreement will be refused.
The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Client, unless the error is attributable to L’Or Provençal.
Article 12 – Refund
In the case of an accepted return, the refund will only cover the price of the product.
Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.
The refund will occur within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the products.
Article 13 – Liability
L’Or Provençal cannot be held liable in particular in the event of:
- non-compliant use of the product
- failure to comply with conservation advice, allergies, or food intolerances
- misinterpretation of culinary uses
The liability of L’Or Provençal is in any case strictly limited to the amount of the order.
Article 14 – Force Majeure
The liability of L’Or Provençal cannot be engaged in the event of the occurrence of a force majeure event as defined by French jurisprudence.
Article 15 – Personal Data
The personal data collected are necessary for processing orders.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
Article 16 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the L’Or Provençal website (texts, photographs, visuals, logo, brand) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
Article 17 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the Client has the option to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
After a prior written request to L’Or Provençal, the Client may contact the following mediator:

Article 18 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing an amicable agreement, only the territorially competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
